Age Limit
- Candidates applying for the 10+2 (B. Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme must have a birth date between 02 Jul 2005 and 01 Jan 2008.
Education Qualification Indian Navy Cadet 2025
- To qualify for the 10+2 (B. Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme for the Executive & Technical branches, candidates must have completed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or an equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
- They should have secured a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), with at least 50% in English (either in Class X or XII).
- Additionally, candidates who appeared for the JEE (Main) – 2023 exam for B.E/B. Tech will be assessed based on their All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2023 published by NTA and call-ups for the Service Selection Board (SSB) will be issued accordingly.
Selection Process Indian Navy Recruitment 2025
- Initial Screening: The Service Selection Board will first identify the candidates for interview on the basis of educational qualification.
- SSB Interview: The interview process in Indian Navy is complex. There will be an interview of the shortlisted candidates, the interview will be done on the basis of intellectual ability. Candidates who pass the entry will be admitted to the next stage.
- Medical Examination: Make sure to practice closely for the interview exam now that they will have to go through the medical system. A certain medical board will conduct medical tests of the candidates who are successful in the interview. In medical tests, both physical and mental fitness is tested.
- Merit List: Candidates who have passed all the above stages are included in the merit list. Candidates are required to get police verification and a character certificate.
